Continuous Pairs Events

Two separate events. Play in as many sessions in each event as you choose to. Overall awards based on an individual's two highest scores in a specific event. Different partners are permitted. Players must play in two sessions to be eligible to receive any gold points. Overall awards are gold, others red.

Knockout Team Events

All Knockout events are bracketed by average Master Points of all players with random draw within each bracket. If the range of masterpoints within a bracket is a factor of ten or more and the difference is at least 750 masterpoints, then the bracket will be handicapped. If there is only one bracket, it will be handicapped. All KO events are gold point events. All events except compact KOs are four sessions. A maximum of 5,000 master points for the top team will be used in computing the handicapping amount.

Bidding boxes will be used in all events.

Midchart conventions for which the ACBL supplies written defenses only may be used only in the top bracket of Knockout events provided that the bracket contains no teams with an average masterpoint holding of less than 1500.

Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Courtesy breaks provided.

Appropriate dress is required at all times, including cleanliness and shoes.

Playing fees: All championship session, $8.50 per person/per session. All other games, $7.50 per person/per session. Youth players (25 years or under) $6.00 per person/session for all games, plus 2 for 1 discount.
